Since the gig, five years have passed. Let's see how the Farringtons been doing over that time:
Behind the scenes, Edward's problems with alcohol that he developed on the streets had worsened to the point where he was relying on it heavily. He realised enough was enough and put a stop to it. Easier said than done, but he's become a wonderful father to Vincent, who is now old enough to go to school. As with any alcoholic, the temptation is ever present, particularly in those stressful times. And with this family, well, there tends to be a lot of them...
Ellis...well. He and Heath stayed together, in a very happy relationship. The latter met Charon and they got along incredibly well, and now is considered to be a stepfather.
A few months ago, he was abducted for the third time, and now baby #2 is on the way.
Speaking of Heath, the band are still together and doing well enough – they get the odd gig in Sunset Valley, and also other towns from time to time. They're recording an album too.
Logan and Saraya are just the perfect couple, as always. He's making decent money as a firefighter and she's happy running the bistro. She kept her promise and continued to see the triplets.
Aria is attempting to solve her anger issues with martial arts, to teach discipline. There may also be the desire to have fighting skills to kick Tate's ass.
The meditation helps, though!
Tate...is Tate. Using his family in cheesy photos to look good to the media. Can't imagine this take was used, though. And Julius doesn't look too impressed.
He is now a child. His father still ignores him but his mother loves him.
Julius is also a devious little shit.
Charon's developing more powers as he gets older. He no longer needs to sleep, he has mind control and bio-boosting/draining abilities.
He and the triplets are now 15. Taking inspiration from Mingham, I took a picture of them before...
...and after!
I'm also introducing two new characters:
Jude Landry, a classmate of the triplets and a friend of Carmella. Her main hobby is wrestling, something she hopes to have as a full-time sustainable job one day. Until then, like all other kids, she has to get an education. She's quite cheery and charismatic.
And the (re)introduction of Renee Miller, aka Horse Girl. She's vain, a little snobby and has an obsession with all things equestrian.
The past couple of months in terms of updates, argumentative as they were, were just the calm before the storm. Dramabombs are to be dropped in what will make a (perhaps literally) explosive future...
